Street run passing Puntod bridge back and forth, maximum
distance 10 km., 5 laps from 2000 meter

_Was it a
good idea to run in the bridge?
Yes, I think it was, especially in the early morning on Sundays
when there is less traffic, the road is wide and there are
no crossings with other roads.
Still, I feel I having a problem with my technical helps because
of providing them good instructions, it needs a meeting before
the race, to instruct precisely what is every ones task
and they have to get stocked to it.
The start-finish location was concerning me because of not
flagging down the traffic when runners had to cross the road.
Safety is a number one concern of the organization!
Also we need to place our refreshing table with water etc. in a
better position along the track and time registration is still
not good enough.
So far, I like to criticize myself for doing better and making
it
clear that I like to get comments and advice to improve the
organization of our runs.

_We were
nicely in time arriving at the location in Kauswagan while still
dark.
Ricardo, the president of the Oro Sunday Runners was also in time with his car to serve the event with materials, extra
water and bananas.
_It is almost summer period and the temperature was quick going
up after sunrise.
Also the starting moment was late because still some contestants had to
arrive.
Never the less, it would be a pretty warm early Sunday
morning.
Would we have water enough? We managed, close to 'no more'
water.
Next time we will try to separate water, water for drinking only and
water for cooling.

_We were
happy to see our tri-athlete youngsters again, some runners from
the February run were not showing up but other runners took
their place, so more than 30 runners is just fine,
myself included from one morning before.
All together a good run, let's see each other again at SM for
our next fun run!

of the hand writing of helpers in the time registration
