Cagayan de Oro city,
barangay Gusa, starting at
the horse training ground at the back of the Montessori
Highschool.
we saw a wonderful scenery, the Macajalar bay, the highest point of the track
_It was
a good morning to run because the sun was not shining on us, so
it became less hot during our run from about 6.30 to 7.30.
The early morning before on Saturday I was running myself and
marking the track uphill to Lorenzo Church and down again
towards Mega Heights.
I know how to perform in a terrain like this and have experience
in managing my powers so I was satisfied with my performance in
doing the maximum of 3 laps.
_We got the good help of my family again
