distance 10 km., 5 laps from 2000 meter (back and forth)

was running the track 5 times on Saturday July 2, and was able to
finish 10 km in 50.45 what is
1 minute more than last year,
without a warming up, a so called 'cold start', but
the outside temperature was at the time (5.30) not too much hot in my
place (23.4ºC) in Indahag.
In the start area I didn't check it but lets say, I started with
24º+ Celsius.
The hardest moment during my run was after 4 km. to maintain my
speed after a not too much slow start, after 7 km I
got more courage because I could already 'smell' the finish.
_After sunrise the sun was not all the time bright
shining because of some scattered clouds, what helped me nicely
to continue my speed, just a very little breeze, is always welcome!

_The
same weather circumstances but more sun, so a little bit more
warm the next day, Sunday morning July 3.
Bryan Antero didn't show up and also we missed Raul Bag-Ao,
the Fabe girls, the Catiil's, the Chamen boys, no BSI
youngsters, so the group was small again.
But we have an enthusiastic new group of young athletes, the
kids from Bueno Oro, they are tough youngsters!
Only 3 people were running the full distance of 10 km.
